Lock Volume

Hello, after acquiring the phone, 
I noticed that if you make the maximum sound volume, 
the volume also increases when the phone is locked, 
if you make it quieter, respectively, the lock sound becomes quieter, 
if the volume is reduced to 0, then the lock sound is not heard from 
How can this be connected?

The lock sound changes when I unlock my iPhone and lock it Iphone 12 pro Good afternoon. I faced such problem on iphone 12 pro 256gb. The lock sound changes when I unlock the phone and lock it. Ie blocked the phone, the sound of the lock became louder and it gets louder as I block the phone.I did a factory reset through iTunes, nothing helps. I have turned off this toggle switch.
The volume when locking the phone changes depending on how the music is played, 
if it is quieter then the sound of the lock becomes quieter ...
