Why is my existing MFI anker charging cable no longer charging at same speed [now consistently 5x slower reaching 10% in 50 minutes) as it did last week before latest software update... but my original Apple brand iPhone charge cable remains just as Fast (reaching 10% in 10minutes) same phone6 and Usb plug original . Is this by new software design?

Appreciate that Apple has no control over vendor product even if MFI certified.... but in my case the phone hardware, MFI cable, Apple cable all are constant/same as they were last week. I have attempted with another different MFI charging cable and obtained same result. If it were my battery then the Apple cord would also have performance as MFI. I have read all the performance logs material here from Apple and it is indicated yes that with software updates there is slowdown.... to protect for battery safety... but it is just confusing to me to see differing performance this week in chargjng MFI vs Apple cables when just last week they were similar. Should I roll back the last update ?
