Activation error

Hi. I have been using my iPhone SE for almost 4 years now. Out of nowhere, when I turned my phone on after powering it off, it led me to a blank screen with 'hello' as a title text. After that, the phone said to enter my passcode and instructed to choose a wifi network and a couple minutes later, it responds by showing an activation error.
