INXS "The Swing" Pulled from iTunes

Their 1984 album is available in my region, when I search for it.

Verify if their record label has possibly updated that album with a new upload as a new item to the catalog. If so, that might invalidate previous listings, including what is in your library. Search the catalog, then remove your old entry and add the new entry.

Apple doesn't own the rights to the album, only the rights to distribute it under contract with the owners, generally the record company. Take it up with inxs's management.
