MacBook Pro 13" 2019 1.4Ghz QC - Retina screen glitch/flashing

Hi All

I bought the new MacBook 13" 2019 1.4Ghz QuadC on the 26th August 2019 and it's already giving me issues. There are random screen flashes/glitches that started yesterday, 19 September 2019. Very random, here is the video I made showing the fault: https://youtu.be/DwYWg0rdcrE

It looks hardware related. I have reset SMC, reboots etc.

Any ideas or do I need to send it to Apple support to investigate. Less than 30 days old Apple, I'm extremely disappointed.

Most of the people (even apple support) think it's a software issue..

I haven't had a chance to take my new MacBook Pro 13" 2019 to Apple to have assessed, its my primary work notebook and dont have access to a spare.

Since upgrading to MacOS Catalina 10.15 Beta, the issue hasn't been visible, I will continue to monitor.

I will provide an update in the next 24-hours.

Hi,

Yes, you'd better contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation or take it to Apple authorized service provider to examine hardware with utility they may have.

I am having the same problem, and I only have been using this Macbook for over 2 months.

Is this a software or hardware issue?

No issues since upgrading to MacOS Catalina!
