MacBook Pro 13" 2019 1.4Ghz QC - Retina screen glitch/flashing

Hi All

I bought the new MacBook 13" 2019 1.4Ghz QuadC on the 26th August 2019 and it's already giving me issues. There are random screen flashes/glitches that started yesterday, 19 September 2019. Very random, here is the video I made showing the fault: https://youtu.be/DwYWg0rdcrE

It looks hardware related. I have reset SMC, reboots etc.

Any ideas or do I need to send it to Apple support to investigate. Less than 30 days old Apple, I'm extremely disappointed.
