Using a wireless mouse on iMac and MacBook Air

I paired the mouse from my iMac with my new MacBook Air. Now I cannot get it to pair with the iMac again (on which I've been using it for several years!)

Hi Rudegar

Many thanks for this! I had a thought after I initially posted that that might be the case. I cancelled the pairing on the MB Air and then re-attempted the paring on the iMac - it worked. I did notice too that the MB Air gave it a name - and that persists when re-paired in the iMac (the iMac is much older - no idea if that has any consequences in this matter).
