I have a notification to Update Payment Details...when I go to "Add Payment Method" and try use a different credit card I get a notification Unable to Add Card... I have several cards in my Wallet and none can be added?

Yes, they can assist. the thing about the App Store is that you cannot buy things from it from a different region. You may need to find a bank in Dubai if you are there for a decent amount of time or use prepaid cards.

i cannot update my payment method. I have tried everything.

first couple of times - it said my card number was invalid - i logged out

next half a dozen attempts - it said the security code was wrong !!!!!!!!! which also was rubbish

now it says enter valid details !!!!

Thank you for this. i am normally in Uk, but now am based in Dubai, so Uk credit card, dubai location, so are you suggesting that i change the settings to Dubai, will i still be able to use uk credit card.

Is there any way to have human interaction with Apple. i am close to an apple store in UAE, would they assist?
