So,I have apple music and I'm on the family plan,but I changed phones and I had to make a new apple Id because I forgot the old one. How do I join my apple music with the new phone and apple I'd so I can inform my mom how to add me. Thanks

Your main mistake was creating a new account instead of trying to recover the information for the old one. If you have a lot of things you purchased with the old ID you may wish to revert to the old ID because you cannot transfer them to the new ID.
