New iPhone can’t access Apple Music account

Hi under my husbands Apple ID he has a family plan. When I used his Apple ID on my old phone I had Apple Music shared but now I got a new phone with my own id and now can’t get back into the music. He tried inviting me but didn’t work.

I assume your husband took the role of Family Organizer and he changed his individual Apple Music subscription to a family subscription. Make sure he (and you followed all the steps in:

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

If you still have a problem, you might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
