Updating my iPhone using iTunes
Greetings,
I am trying to update my device using iTunes but could not. While on the device and while checking the software update, the update is there.
Please advise the reason.

See If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. If you're having trouble updating using iTunes try over the air, or vice versa.
