Passcode not working .. and it’s the correct passcode

iPhone 7 passcode is correct as I have been using for years. But the iPhone 7 does not recognise this nor my fingerprint and keeps getting disabled ! Solutions plse

The same thing has happened to me today as well. I've been using the same passcode for more than a year and now all the sudden it is not working. I'm locked out of my phone and I guess I will have to restore it. Haven't been able to back it up for 5 months, so I'll be losing a lot of photos.

Apparently this has been happening to people for years.
