My iphone7 couldn't recognize my fingerprint and unfortunately I've forgotten my passcode and entered it wrong too many times. Now, my iphone is disabled forever, even my computer cannot recognize it in order to restore my data. Plz help.
Once the phone is disabled, you cannot recover the data.
That help article tells you to put the phone in Recovery Mode - have you tried that?

I've already tried that, however my computer couldn't recognize the device when I connected them each other. Also my iphone has been disabled not only for minutes or an hour but until I fix that issue with itunes. I know my iphone needs a new software, but I wanna restore my data before.
