Am I the only one with this problem? I tried searching for it in the App Store directly in the watch, it let me try to download it but says that I already have it in my Apple Watch or that I need a phone with iOS 10 or later... I updated but my iPhone X to iOS 13 and the Apple Watch to watchOS 6.

Found out there’s a similar feature but the app itself isn’t available.
There are some similar apps you can find in the App Store, but I can’t speak to their quality or privacy policies.
