Is it possible to establish a new font for emails? I want my predetermined font to be a different one from the default one and I don't know how to do it. Also, is it possible to change the default signature font so that I don't have to change it every time I write an email?

Yes, I was also curious about this. I love the new text formatting options available in Mail, but it would be great if you could set up a default set instead of having to format every single email...
