I can’t download an app

I have been trying to download drum and amp simulated plugins they get installed until you try to open them and I just keep getting the window safari can't open try the App Store I have downloaded loads of them before even 1 last week 13.0 is a bit shaky my dock will not let me move icons around and favourites is got it's own mind big fix I hope soon

Find My Friends and Find iPhone app have now been combined into a single app
