Disabled iphone

I bought a iPhone 6 for my son and I Never created a Apple ID for it.. however I did set up a passcode to unlock it and he put the wrong code in too many times and now it’s disabled.. how can I fix it without having a Apple ID? The phone has never been used

Click here and follow the instructions.

If you encounter an activation lock screen afterwards, you'll need to log in with the Apple ID it asks for, or contact the person who can, or if you're the iPhone's original owner, supply Apple with its purchase receipt.
