I had downloaded the beta version of iOS 13 in my phone and now unable to download the public version. So I’m facing some bugs in this beta one. And i have also delete the beta version profile, what should I do to download the public version.

Pending other suggestion I think you will need to wipe the device entirely (recovery mode) and restore. You can't upgrade from iOS 13.1 to 13.0
