IPhone XR time zone

My time zone is set for “set automatically” under my settings and yet as I just drove into a new time zone my phone refuses to update the time.

You can try turning on (wait 15 seconds) and off airplane mode. If that doesn't work try turning “set automatically” on (wait 15 seconds) and off. Else try turning your phone on and off.

I had same problem with iPad after 13.1.2;. Didn’t help turning off and on or toggling the set automatically switch off for 30 sec. I had to set the time zone manually
