Since you only purchased it for 10 months, yes it’s under warranty provided that it’s not damaged accidentally or misuse.

       

Apple power accessories are covered under Apple's One-Year Limited Warrantyagainst defects in materials and workmanship, but not against accidental damage or misuse. This applies whether the product is purchased directly from Apple or from an Apple Authorised Reseller.
