Downloaded songs not accessible in library

Thanks for your response. I have been charged for it and it is not coming up in my library. I haven’t deleted it. I can find it in my iTunes Store account under recent purchases however when I click on the download cloud it doesn’t transfer into my library!

I am am wondering if it has something to do with the fact that when I had a free Apple Music trial for 3 months.... I downloaded it then for free , then when I cancelled the free trial it deleted. I then paid for the three songs and it hasn’t come up on my list...

i have been using my iPhone for the music purchases. When I reboot the iTunes Store and go back into recent purchases it has the songs listed but when I click on the cloud it says downloading but then goes back to try cloud and nothing happens- it also doesn’t go into my library

Yes thank you it worked when I completely switched phone off and went into settings to deactivate and then reactivate my iTunes Store account. Thank you again
