Personal Hotspot issues and not connecting on iPhone X iOS13

Similar issue. Can’t get my iPhone X to connect to my laptop since update to IOS 13 yesterday. Regret doing it now since I use it so much for work :(

Tried resetting iPhone & laptop & resetting network settings on the iPhone but no success

I have the same issue but it does connect but then loses connection within 20 seconds and tries to find another connection. I have deleted the hotspot out of my mac and set it up again, changed the password, disconnected and re-connected the bluetooth.

I don't know if this is iOS13 issue or Iphone 11 issue but worked perfectly till Friday morning when I changed my phone.

Sick of seeing replies saying 'this is a carrier issue' when clearly this is a apple issue as it worked perfectly before.

My Macbook Pro2014 MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 no work to link with my iPhone Xs iOS13.

My office NB HP WIN7 Professional no work too, but my home Desktop Win10 is work OK.

Please solve it quickly~ especially is my office NB Win7, no work hotspot is very bad for me.

So, you have no issue using the hotspot with USB and when using only via

WiFi? Or are you saying the USB connection itself is fine but still have

hotspot issues?

I find out why HP NB Win7 Professional work fail with iPhone XS Hotspot.

You need let Win7 Bluetooth link with iPhone then link with HotSpot. Then it work OK now with my HP NB Win7.

Why need BT / HotSpot all work ???

Yes when connecting with the USB cable the Personal hotspot works fine (thats the onlmy way to get connectivity via USB and aphone isnt it?_i have wifi turned off and the connection is stable - interestingly i also have bluetooth connection (which does not disconnect when i select that option!)

Have you tried connecting via USB to try and rule out WiFi issues?

I can work OK with MacBook Pro 13 2014 OSX 10.14.6, but only need connect by USB cable.

After work fine, then drop off cable also work with WiFi Hotspot.
