How can erase the purchase history?

You can't, except by getting the whole account (and therefore all of its purchases and content) permanently deleted. Store purchases can only be hidden so that they don't show for redownloading e.g. Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
