iMessage and FaceTime not working in IOS 13

Hello,

i updated to iOS 13 yesterday and now my iMessage and FaceTime are not working.

i tried the solutions that Apple and everyone else posted and they have not worked. I even did a full factory reset on iPhone and still it’s not working. It’s stuck on waiting to activate and then fails. I’m entering my Apple ID and password correctly.

before iOS 13 everything worked fine.

I've run out of ideas about how to fix this.

So I’m wondering is anyone else having this issue? Is this an iOS issue?
