All,

My Capital One widget started to work. I had to delete the Capital One App. Turn off my phone. Turned on my phone, installed the app again (version 5.58.0) and the widget with my info is now there. I am on iOS 13.1.2. I hope this helps.

Hello R Dubya K and welcome to Apple Support Communities.

I see you have an issue with the widget from Capitol One after updating to iOS 13.

I'm not seeing other reports of issues with this particular widget, so this may be as simple as just deleting the widget and reinstalling it.

Ditto! Normally CapOne has been great, but when calling they don’t even have “phone app”, “tech support” or “other” as options, so you have to choose “credit card”, then repeat “representative” over and over just to hope for a human. Then the person didn’t have a clue what I was talking about and tried to tell me it was the phone, wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor, finally admitted they had tech support but wouldn’t give me the phone number. Also no variation of phone/app/widget results when searching Help on their site. Luckily able to solve all the other iOS 13 issues (mail/podcasts/touchID) with lovely Apple chat rep, but won’t upgrade op system for a long time!
