All,
My Capital One widget started to work. I had to delete the Capital One App. Turn off my phone. Turned on my phone, installed the app again (version 5.58.0) and the widget with my info is now there. I am on iOS 13.1.2. I hope this helps.

I contacted Capital One and their representative stated that their mobile app was not fully compatible with iOS 13. The representative assured me that they will issue an update this coming week that will address any compatibility issues between their mobile app an iOS 13.
Hi R Dubya K.
So, then you've definitely isolated the issue to something involving the functionality of the app under iOS 13. If this persists under 13.1, you may want to reach out to Capital One to find out if/when they plan on updating their widget.
Cheers.
Hello R Dubya K and welcome to Apple Support Communities.
I see you have an issue with the widget from Capitol One after updating to iOS 13.
I'm not seeing other reports of issues with this particular widget, so this may be as simple as just deleting the widget and reinstalling it.

We’ll see. The rep said they should resolve the compatibility issues with an update by this coming Wednesday, 25 September 2019.
Nope. I’m beyond frustrated too. I called Apple they could not fix it. Then I called capital one and had to get a supervisor that actually knew what the widget was. They said they are working on it. I will never update right away ever again.
Ditto! Normally CapOne has been great, but when calling they don’t even have “phone app”, “tech support” or “other” as options, so you have to choose “credit card”, then repeat “representative” over and over just to hope for a human. Then the person didn’t have a clue what I was talking about and tried to tell me it was the phone, wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor, finally admitted they had tech support but wouldn’t give me the phone number. Also no variation of phone/app/widget results when searching Help on their site. Luckily able to solve all the other iOS 13 issues (mail/podcasts/touchID) with lovely Apple chat rep, but won’t upgrade op system for a long time!
Uninstall/reinstall didn’t help. I’ll wait until I install 13.1and see if the problem persists. Capital One widget works fine on my 6th generation iPad with iOS 12.4.1. Thanks for the suggestions.
That’s my plan. Thanks.
Having the same issues. Hoping the can work out the problem.
Has anyone had any luck with the widget working? Even after iOS 13.2 my widget still is “unable to load”. Very frustrating.
Not yet.
Thanks all! Thought it was just me.
Nope, not just you - has to be every single phone upgraded to 13+, and today is Oct 7 so def not fixed by that Sept 25 promised to the person above. Disgusted.
Thank you! I did what u said and widget working!! 🤗
