My Capital One Widget saying it can’t display my account information and to unlock the phone to display it when the phone is unlocked. The widget is turned on on the banking app. It is supposed to display at a glance banking info. Can anyone help?

if you are having trouble with the functionality of a 3rd party app.. then you should contact the app support for that 3rd party app

I use iOS 14 and Capital One app as well. The widget has ceased to work properly since iOS 14 in my case. This means that Capital One will need to update their app and widget to work properly with iOS 14.
