Can’t scroll down on bank app
When I log in to first direct, I can’t scroll down

Apple menu -> System Preferences -> General lets you add scrollbars to all applications.
If the application is missing scrollbars, it is a function of the developer not addressing the windows properly given your screen resolution.
Some programs my need a newer version of Java from http://www.java.com/
Older programs which depend on Adobe Flash will need to be updated to support HTML5 to work, since Adobe dropped Flash support at the end of 2020.
