With 13.0 how do I save an image to my camera roll from a text message?

When you get to that screen scroll down. The choices to copy, Save image, sign to Contact etc. are below the line you describe.
This is what I see, for reference:
Click on the image - hit the icon at the bottom left - then save image.
I no longer have the "save image" option with the new IOS 13.0 update. Do others still have it?
And what you do you see when you click on the icon at the bottom left?

It should be under that , if you see an edit actions - click on that and enable the options.
