Since upgrading to iOS 13 yesterday, every call i've tried to make from a calendar event dialing string has resulted in it trying to make the call with Facetime. How can i default all calls to go through phone?

This was resolved in iOS 13.1.
Further information. This behavior occurs when I try to dial a number contained in the meeting location field in an email. It has the same behavior in the Outlook Calendar and in iOS Calendar. A phone number in the body of the message works as you might expect.
