Missing Meridian watch face

After upgrading to WatchOS 6, I find that all the new watch faces are there but Meridian. I've gone through the Watch App on my phone and it's just not there to add. I'm running the latest iOS 13.1 beta on my phone but would not think that should cause this problem. Any ideas?

Why can’t I change watch faces by dragging my finger side to side across the face? Since updating to WatchOS 10, I can no longer switch between my different watch faces by dragging my finger side to side across the display. Any idea why?

I have the same problem. Even when I press on the watch face and try to add a new one, MERIDIAN face doesn't appear there.

And both apple watch and iphone are with the latest ios version.

No, the Meridian face is only for Series 4 and newer.
