I don't have automation tab in Shortcuts apps iOS13 Why?

I updated to iOS 13 and went to the Shortcuts app, there's no tab for automation, Only My shortcuts and Gallery tabs are shown, did you deleted the automation tab in this public release? I also downloaded Home app to see if that activates something but nothing.

Shortcuts which version I has shortcuts on my iphone BEFORE I upgraded to IOS 13. Now after I have installed IOS 13 i iexpect to see the inclusion of the "Automation" button at the bottom of the screen between the "My Shortcuts" and "Gallery". This leads me to believe I am running then old shortcuts app and not not the built in IOS 13 version. Also the screen shots of shortcuts are different than what I see. How do I fix this? Thanks!
