Getting rid of a buried piece of software

Years and years ago I had to install Citrix Receiver for work. As far as I can see I have removed every file associated with it but it still loads in the background at startup and sits in my menu bar. Can anyone tell me where the remaining files might be hiding so I can delete them? Nothing appears on any search I do on Finder. Thanks!

Go to System Preferences>Users & Groups>Current User>Login Items> and remove Citrix Receiver.

In regard to removing the application, you may have to reinstall, and consult the uninstallation procedures if provided by Receiver for Macintosh.
