Can’t buy songs after cancelling iTunes subscription
So frustrated.
I cancelled my subscription to iTunes music a month ago. All my purchased music is still in my library. Today, i tried to buy a new song. When i click on a song, a window opens pushing me to buy a subscription. When I click “Not Now”, it takes me back to the list of songs. I can’t buy the song or even listen to a sample.
I checked if I was logged in, I was. I checked my payment info, it was fine. I checked if there was a system update, there wasn’t. I signed out of my account and signed back in. I rebooted the whole thing. I did this on both the iPad and iPhone.
Then i contacted apple support using chat. I got transferred three times. After an hour (of trying all the things I’d already tried), I ended the chat without getting a solution.
Anyone else have any bright ideas? The attached screen shot shows the window that comes up when i try to buy or listen to a song sample.
