Watch OS 6 on Apple Watch series 3

I'm not able to update the watch OS on my Apple Watch 3 , it shows version 5.3.1 is Uptodate , I did reset the watch and re-setup still it doesn't show the latest version.

Have you updated the iPhone to iOS 13?

Are you sure its a Series 3? Identify your Apple Watch - Apple Support

watchOS 6 for Series 1 and 2 has not been released yet. It set for later this year.

Sorry it is series 2 model A1758 , I have iPhone X updated with iOS 13 , trying to update the watchOS from watch app on iPhone

If its a Series 2, then you'll need to wait. watchOS 6 for the Series 2 is not yet available. Its coming later this year.
