Apple Watch has no update available but is running on watch os4.3.2 can someone tell me how to update it. I have a series 1 Apple Watch but was told that this watch supports watch os6. Is this true? And if so how can I update my watch?

Yes it does update to watchOS6 but read this;
If you see "Unable to install update" when trying to update Apple Watch Series 1 or Series 2
I just found out I have the 1st generation watch. Not series 1. I guess it is unable to update to newer os. Thanks for your help. If you know this to be otherwise please let me know.
