Firstly, when you have a question please post the URLs of your feed and Store page. I shouldn't have to squint at the image and type out the feed URL.

The reason you are getting this error in Podcasts Connect is because the actual feed URL in use by the Store is

https://unbeaumetier.lepodcast.fr/rss

https not http. Though a browser will display the http version for some reason Podcasts Connect won't read it. I didn't get the 308 error you got - 308 means that there is a permanent redirect in place so possibly Podcasts Connect is not following the redirect. This is immaterial since it's the wrong URL anyway.

if you submit the https version to Podcasts Connect it says 'prepared for submission' - which is odd because your feed is in the iTunes Store and normally once that has happened you can't validate the feed again.

Your iTunes Store page is at

When subscribing in in iTunes both episodes show. The iTunes Store can take a couple of days to update new episodes (though they show pretty well immediately for subscribers) - it is 14 over two days now, but this isn't entirely unusual, so the episode may appear soon.

However you are using the 'itunes:season' and 'itunes:episode' tags. For the new episode, the number is shown as '1', but there is no 'itunes:episode' tag in the first episode. This is a new tag so I don't know exactly how this might affect things - possibly not at all, but perhaps you should designate the trailer episode as 1 and the new episode as 2, and so on. (So the itunes:episode tag is one ahead of the actual episode number, which is what you get for having an episode 0.)
