iOS 13 message photos gone from info button

Normally, when you’re in iOS messages and click the “i” button for info / detail, all of the photos that you’ve ever sent to someone will appear for you to scroll through.

But after upgrading to iOS 13 all of those photos are missing. You can still scroll up through your messages and find the photos but they are no longer easy to find under the info button. Is anyone else having this problem?

Also this is a problem with my iPhone 11 Pro. And this support page still doesn’t list that song.

Tap where it says, See All Photos.

As far as the other statement, "this support page still does not list that song." I'm not sure what that means.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a problem. I did not experience the same behavior, however I still have an iPhone XS. I'm not sure if that is relevant, but I still have several family group messages that contain a number of photos and they are still there. While they only displayed a total of 4 initially, pressing the See All Photos as I mentioned revealed all of them.

I would try restoring to a backup made while the photos were still there and see if that makes a difference.

There were a number of people that spoke about this very same issue today. Many of my photos are missing as well. You are not alone. It seems to be random and a couple of people said that you just have to wait and let all of the photos populate but that didn’t work for me.

EDIT I just checked again and most of mine are still not appearing. I imagine that the are gone now.

Doesn’t work. Same problem.

Sorry about the typo. I was trying to say that choosing iPhone 11 pro isn’t an option in the discussion groups. Apple hasn’t updated this page yet.

Unfortunately that doesn’t work either. I tried restoring from a backup on iCloud and another back up directly from my computer. Neither solve the problem.
