Apple Maps App doesn’t work in Shanghai iOS 14

After installation iOS 13 Apple Maps out of work. Can not find the way by car or public transport.

Apple Maps not working in tunnels I use iOS 16.4 and Apple maps in tunnels is not working. Loses track and tries erratically to find another route outside the tunnel. Experience this in Switzerland, Austria, Germany. Very annoying, problem exists since at least 2 years. Why can’t Apple fix it? It works with Google Maps or Here app very well. Any other experiences?

Apple Maps new display in Israel Hi, I’m located in Israel, using iPhone 12 mini with iOS 16.1. I’ve noticed few days ago that Apple Maps is showing the new and more detailed city maps, but the next day it has rolled back and now maps showing the same areas with less details (as on iOS 15). Checked on other device (iPhone 14 Pro, running also iOS 16.1), same thing. Has the detailed Maps mode been completely rolled back for Israel? Is there anything I’m missing?

Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities. It's great to have you here. I see from your post, you're having some trouble with the Maps app.

Can you provide a few more details about the issue you're having? For example, are you not able to use Directions or the Turn-by-Turn navigation feature?

Also, Get help with Maps has some troubleshooting steps that may help resolve your issue.
