Why does Apple Maps not appear in CarPlay in Brazil. Apple Maps works perfectly on my phone (iPhone 7 Plus, ios13) but does not appear in CarPlay (Ford Sync 3). Both Waze and Google Maps work perfectly- why does Apple Maps not appear? I have checked and my car system is fully up to date.

When you look at the document I provided, not very much about Apple Maps is available in Brazil. There has to be some reason that is restricted. However, no one here would know for sure, and speculation about Apple decisions is prohibited here under the Terms of Use of the forum.
