I have an iPod touch 7th generation and no matter what, I can’t update to iOS 13 from 12.4.1. I have 7 gb free of storage and I’ve tried everything online, from restarting my iPod to using iTunes, and it still says “your iPod is up to date”
I have just contacted apple support. iOS 13 for iPod Touch 7th gen will be available the 24th. It is mentioned also on https://www.apple.com/nl/ios/ios-13/ ( small print (referred to by ** ))

Same here. Restarted the device. Tried it with auto update on and off. 12GB available. But nothing. Still says it's up to date with 12.4.1.
I also haven't run the beta. iTunes would require me te buy another cable as I have a MacBook Air, which only has Usb-C
