IPhone 11 setup has stopped progressing.

I picked up my iPhone 11 yesterday and after setting FaceID and my passcode I started an iTunes restore which took around 40 minutes to complete. My phone then asked me to continue setting up but it has been stuck on the apple logo screen with the status bar stalled just short of the end now for 15 hours.

I’m restoring from a XS Max which I’d updated to iOS 13 to a 11 Pro Max.

i would really like to actually use my phone, so any ideas whether something has gone wrong or whether I should just let things run their course?
