iPhone XS MAX stuck on restore

Hi I have an iPhone XS MAX that was running 14.5 public beta 7 that decided to go into a start up logo loop.

Ive attempted to restore/update it but it fails every time and the phone is now stuck on the support.apple.com/iphone/restore screen permanently.

iTunes will attempt to restore it but always fails when it prepares the phone with the message iPhone cannot be found.

Ive tried different computers and USB leads as per the Apple recommendation but it still fails.

Any Ideas?
