I boult an old apple TV gen 4, i was factory reset and add my account into it.
But some app still remember old apple ID (old owner), i can't download that app because it's still request old account passworld!!!
In USER and ACCOUNT is my email (icloud, Game center, home sharing)
Some app still request owner email!!!
Pls help me.

If it remembers old accounts, then it was not properly factory reset. Please do so again.

This screenshot does not show the tvOS version.
I think it might be running a beta version (even if Beta Updates is turned off now), because it says “Users and Accounts” at the top, when the current release version tvOS 12.4.1 would say “Accounts”.
I did it 3 times but still remember old account, that's problem!!!
