iOS 13 Stuck on “Estimating Time Remaining”

I was able to fix this problem by updating my XS Max to ios 13 in iTunes with my phone connected to my PC with cable. No problems at all during the process.

I tried this and it worked. iTunes rewrote all crap that happened and it got fixed without erasing anything.

For those who are stuck at this screen. Try plugging in your phone into your Mac/PC, it would probably solve the problem! Good luck all!

I too am having this same problem. I was advised to leave it and people say it would fix itself but after a day. It seem still stuck. I tried going to iPhone storage and deleting the installer away but it just keeps popping up.

Has anybody managed to find a solution?

I tried all mentioned solutions but still couldnt get it to update :( ,, i tried connecting it to itunes with a cable it gets stuck at recovery mode and shows me a 4013 error .. i just bought the series 5 watch and cant use it because of this .. shame :(

I am getting some kind of server error in iTUnes aswel after like a minute of downloading... its been like this for more than 5 days straight... estimating time stuck on iPhone and server error on iTunes... restarts, reboots, even while airplane mode changed nothing. I cant find any data for ios13 on my iPhone in data sotarage to delete, it looks like it didnt even started... for 5 days... really not gonna recovery iphone from backup just because of their bugs, frick it till apple fix it

My phone has been stuck like this for a week. I have tried hard resetting it, restoring it and using my PC and iTunes. I am currently out of state for college and the closest apple store is an hour drive away. I am also an in season collegiate athlete so I have no time to go to an apple store. I honestly don't know what to do.

Been waiting for the update to proceed but still stuck on Update requested...tried connecting Itunes still no luck. Please help.

Would you know how they did the hard reset? Am planning to DIY ...
