I started the iOS download but it’s stuck and it’s showing as “estimating time remaining”. Please advise what needs to be done

Try this and see if the download resumes. Lose the settings app completely. Turn of WiFi in the settings. Restart your phone. Go back to the settings and turn WiFi on again and try downloading the iOS software again or see if it resumes.
