Nothing happening.

I keep pressing the “Download and Install” button, it los loading for a bit, but nothing else happens, does anybody know the reason or what cand I do to solve it? I have an iPhone 8 64GB with iOS 12.1 on it. Wi-fi is turned on and my phone is charging.
