Download and install button is greyed out .. what should i do ??

Download and install button is greyed out in iphone 11 .. connected to wifi , storage is available 26 gb , battery charged , network setting reset done , still not working

You need to connect to wifi. The message clearly says that. You are updating from iOS 14 to iOS 15.3.1 a huge version change will require WiFi.
