How can I disable or turn off 3D Touch in IOS 13 on a iPhone 11 Pro?

For example, you hold down on any app of course as usual and you get the previews or shortcuts or options pop up. Before iOS 13, you go into Settings, General, accessibility, 3D Touch, and then you can Toggle on/off, but now there is no option and I don't know if its a iOS 13 thing and its missing by mistake or if I am in the wrong settings, I am using iPhone 11 pro 64gb on iOS 13 currently, someone please dig into this, I can't be the only one. Thank you.

Okay, I'm guessing that is due to the fact that 3D Touch was supposed to be removed from the newer devices. You may wish to go to the iPhone User Guide and see if you can find information there for the new iPhone. Go to https://help.apple.com/iphone
