Purchasing complete iTunes album after purchasing one song

If I decide I want the complete iTunes album do I still have to pay the full amount of the album even if I bought some songs off of it in the past?

Will iTunes Download an Album Twice if I Purchase the Deluxe After the Original? Buying songs vs buying album If I buy one song on a two song album and then buy the other song, do I have to pay the full price for the single song or should I click “Buy Album” instead? Will I have that one song twice?
