IOS13 Mail outlook.com duplicate sent items

Apple contacts did not transfer to my outlook app. But my outlook app has its own contact list.

very disappointed with Apple. Not only is the mail app glitchy, there are other apps that are having new glitches. I had my wife turn off auto update and stay on iOS 12 which continues to work fine. While it is possible to switch back, the lose of other data concerns me.

Since upgrading to IOS 13 sent messages duplicate on my ipad. Interestingly my iphone doesn’t have this problem, (yet!) although upgraded to 13.1.

I am really annoyed that Apple send out these untested updates & treat us as guinea pigs to discover their faults for them.

Apple will continue to lose ground to other manufacturers, unless they employ competent programmers! Perhaps Huawei have stolen all their competent staff???

APPLE STOP ALL FUTURE UPGRADES UNTIL YOU SORT OUT YOUR HISTORICAL MISTAKES!

We have this in our environment as well and have enterprise support for Apple. We opened a case with them. Our user is on 13.2 and experiencing it.

We have tried all of the steps that other have as well. Including pushing the profile for email, resetting email, and it doesnt stop the duplicates.

I have the same problem! I called both apple and Microsoft support and they both blame each other and are unable to fix problem. It’s incredibly annoyingly every time there’s a new update a problem flairs up. I hope they decide to fix it, wish I had never updated the iPhone

I have the same problem on my iPhone 7 running iOS 11.4.1 for a long time. I have 3 account: iCloud, Exchange (Microsoft) and Outlook. The latter is my private one and the one who gets duplicate on 'Sent' mailbox. Really annoying.

Not yet, it seems to a major problem which Microsoft and Apple are apparently arguing over who is responsible. Has to be Apple as my iPhone worked fine until I upgraded to 13.2!!! I await a solution or an upgrade

I don’t buy that it’s not an apple issue. Too much coincidence that problem has only arisen since upgrading to ios13. No issues with my gmail account on any device, just my outlook. Maybe everybody’s partially responsible but at least one somebody must have done at least one thing to mess up something that worked perfectly before. Come on guys, just get it sorted!!

So many issues, I almost forgot

inbox-read and delete an email and it reappears in the inbox. Delete the second one but there’s only one in trash. Apparently the second is just a “ghost”.

reply or forward an email and most of the original message is truncated.

Now I have a new issue since the update that should have solved all my other issues ... I receive an email, read it and it still shows as unread until I go into it for a second time.

such a pain - what on earth is Apple doing? Totally puts me off renewing with an iPhone.

Hi all. Can someone please tell me in simple words, whether these issues may be sorted soon? Do you think that they will be corrected in the next update? - I only have the issue of duplicate sent items, so I am currently using outlook for IOS.

I’m having the same issues and it’s driving me nuts. I understand Microsoft is working on this at the moment but what concerns me is if it gets worse and I can no longer get emails on my iPad and iPhone as normally that’s what I use daily and only access a desk top a few times a week. All bills etc come in via emails. I sometimes get a server error on m iPad for a few mins then all works again. Apple unable to help and I’ve been on chat and calls several times. I still think the 13.2.3 has added to the issues Microsoft and outlook is having.

All of the above is the same for me. But I removed my account after update as it stopped working and there was a server error. Since then I could add my hotmail account using exchange as it was not there. Microsoft Exchange was there in settings but I could use that my email account would connect so I used outlook and that works. So iPhone in exchange and iPad on outlook. All syncing but the exact issues your having.
