Just installed iOS 13 on my iPhone XR: Mail App has now resumed the old problem experiences under iOS 11. Randomly opening the App and old messages appearing. Anyone else experiencing this problem??

My email seems to be opening to random emails in a folder regardless of where I left off (usually inbox). This is only happening since updating to ios 13. Even if you force close mail and re-launch the mail app will intermittently open to a previous read message instead of all inboxes. It is not mail client specific and happens with g mail or exchange. I have tried re-installing but doesn't help!

Randomly it will be a read or unread message, and could be from any of my mail accounts.
I have force quit mail, reset phone... deleted and re added all email addresses... reset all of my phones settings.
mail still randomly opens email messages.

I have this issue as well my phone randomly opens to an older mail message when I launch the mail app!
Updated to iOS 13.1.2 but still happens
